Important Information:

1. Only one testamur per completed course can be issued to each student. If you have already received your testamur, but it has been damaged or lost, you will need to order a Replacement Testamur.

2. Ensure the address entered is the delivery address for your testamur.

3. Your request will not be processed if you have a current outstanding debt with the University. Please check your student account in MyCQU before proceeding.

4. Testamurs are posted within 3 - 5 business days. Please also allow sufficient time for postage.
