When your Digital Academic Transcript is uploaded to My eQuals, it is linked to your CQU Student Email, unless you have never been issued with a ‘@cqumail.com’ email address.

Once your document has been uploaded, an email will be sent to your CQU Student Email (or the email nominated below if you have not been issued an ‘@cqumail.com’ email). Please click on the link in the email to either create your My eQuals account, or to access your document.

If you have already created a My eQuals account using your personal email, please add your CQU Student Email as a verified ‘secondary’ email. This will enable you to access your documents through your existing My eQuals account.

Important Information:
1. Your request will not be processed if you have a current outstanding debt with the University. Please check your student account in MyCQU before proceeding.
2. Your Digital Academic Transcript is a point-in-time document and will reflect your academic record at the time your order is processed.

Your Digital Academic Transcript is free of charge and will be uploaded to My eQuals within 3 - 5 business days of submitting your order.

Amount

Only the student can request copies of academic records from CQUniversity.
You confirm that you are authorised to request this information from CQUniversity and that you will indemnify CQUniversity against any consequences if that is not the case.
